Quick Travel Guide

Travel to Inverness, from Inverness cross the Kessock Bridge and continue traveling on the A9 towards Dingwall. At the roundabout take the A835 to Ullapool. At the Braemore Junction keep on the main A835 towards Ullapool. The journey from Inverness is approximately 60 miles and will take under 2 hrs to drive safely.

Please be careful - the roads between Inverness and Ullapool are good for driving, however you need to be careful for sheep and wild deer crossing in front of your vehicle (deer especially at dusk and during the night). Other hazards are drivers overtaking on blind corners. If you have a caravan please allow other vehicles to overtake.

Corrieshalloch Gorge - National Trust property - Free, although donation can be given. (Braemore Junction)
